Bonus Rules and Distribution Time

1. Basic 30% Bonus:

• After inviting friends via your exclusive referral link or code to complete spot or futures trades, you will receive basic referral bonuses according to the existing HTX referral rules.
• Users can view their basic bonus details via the app under [Referral] - [Bonus (USDT)] or on the website under [My Referrals].

2. 40-50% Bonus:

• The additional referral bonuses provided by this event will only be calculated based on the trading fees generated by your friends invited during the event period. Bonuses generated by friends invited prior to the event (historical invitees) are not included in these statistics.

3. Reward Distribution:

• The bonuses for Advanced Referrers and Star Referrers will be distributed to winners' accounts within 14 working days after the event ends.

4. Bonus Duration:

The 40-50% referral bonus rates are a limited-time incentive valid only during the event period. After the event ends, the referral bonus will revert to the standard rate.

Bonus Calculation Details

• Bonuses are calculated based on the net trading fees actually paid by the invitees.
• Net trading fees refer to actual fees incurred after excluding the use of spot trading fee rebate vouchers, futures trial bonuses, 0-fee rates, negative fee rates, special fee rates, and platform subsidies.
• Calculation Formulas:
• Trading fee = Trading amount * Fee rate
• Net trading fee = Trading fee - Special fee/platform subsidies
• Bonus = Net trading fee * Bonus rate
• Settlement Currency: If invitees pay fees in USDT, bonuses are settled in USDT. If they pay in $HTX, $TRX, or other tokens, bonuses will be settled in the corresponding token.

Terms and Conditions:

• This event is only open to users who comply with the HTX referral rules. Users must click [Register Now] during the event period to be eligible for assessment.
• Channel partners currently collaborating with the platform are not eligible to participate.
• Only valid new users invited during the event period are counted toward referral bonuses; historical invitees are excluded.
• After successful registration for the event, you must use your exclusive referral link or code to invite friends to sign up for HTX and guide them to complete futures trades.
• Valid futures traders refer to users who sign up for HTX via your exclusive referral link or code and completes futures trades with a required amount during the event.
• Requirement for Advanced Referrers (40% bonus): Invite ≥1 valid futures trader and reach a total futures volume of ≥5,000 USDT from all valid invitees in May.
• Requirement for Star Referrers (50% bonus): Invite ≥3 valid futures trader and reach a total futures volume of ≥2,000,000 USDT from all valid invitees in May.
• Sub-accounts cannot act as referrers. Trading fees generated by invitees' sub-accounts will be credited to their main account for bonus calculation.
• Market makers, institutional users, Prime 9 and above users, and users restricted by the platform from referral activities are not eligible for this event.
• Basic referral bonuses, HTX Global Partner rewards, Creator Plan rewards, and other special rebate benefits cannot be combined. If a user qualifies for multiple benefits, the platform will determine the applicable reward based on rules.
• HTX reserves the right to disqualify users from participating in the event, invalidate related invitees and trading volume statistics, and recover any distributed rewards or bonuses if users engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, including but not limited to self-referrals, registrations using the same identity, device, or IP address, bulk account registration, fake referrals, malicious volume manipulation, self-trading, wash trading, abnormal trading activities, market manipulation, money laundering, multi-account manipulation, insider trading, or the use of third-party tools for cheating.
• Users must not use HTX brand terms for unauthorized marketing or promotional activities, impersonate HTX officials or representatives, or direct users to phishing websites, counterfeit websites, or any other pages that may harm the interests of the platform or its users. Violations will result in immediate disqualification.
