Notice on HTX Spot Market Maker Bonus Adjustment

Dear HTX Market Makers,

In order to further optimize the market-making incentive structure and improve the quality of platform liquidity, HTX has decided to implement a comprehensive increase in the spot market maker bonus.

I. Key Updates

Effective immediately, the negative Maker bonus for all tiers of HTX spot market makers will be uniformly increased to 1.2 bps (0.012%). The updated rates are as follows:

Tiers	Maker Bonus (before)	Maker Bonus (after)
Tier S	-0.0100% (1.0bps)	-0.0120% (1.2bps)
Tier 1	-0.0080% (0.8bps)	-0.0120% (1.2bps)
Tier 2	-0.0050% (0.5bps)	-0.0120% (1.2bps)

Note: 1 bps = 0.01%

II. Implementation Details

1. This adjustment applies to all HTX spot market makers across all tiers (Tier S, Tier 1, and Tier 2).
2. The new bonus rates will be automatically applied to all executed trades starting from 00:00 (UTC 8) on the announcement date. No additional application is required.
