️Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The event is open to all users with KYC verification completed.

2. Calculation Method:

Cumulative Swap Volume = The sum of all new swap order amounts during the event. All non-USDT assets will be converted to USDT based on the exchange rate at the time the swap order was initiated.

Qualified Swaps: To ensure a fair distribution of the prize pool, HTX will exclude wash trading, including flash swaps lasting less than one hour, from all calculations.

Interest Rebate Calculation: Rebates apply only to the actual interest incurred and paid during the event period. If a swap order is repaid early, only the interest actually paid will be used to calculate the rebate.

3. Reward Distribution:

Rewards for Events 1 and 2 will be paid in USDT or the asset you swapped. Rewards for Event 3 will be delivered as Swap Vouchers.

Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days after the event ends. USDT or crypto rewards will be credited to winners' Spot accounts, while Swap Vouchers will be delivered to the My Rewards section.

Swap Vouchers earned from Event 3 are valid for 15 days and will expire automatically after this period. Please use them promptly upon receipt.

4. Risk Control Statement:

Any form of cheating, such as wash trading, bulk account registration, or market manipulation, will result in immediate disqualification following a strict review by HTX.

If our system detects accounts with matching device numbers, IP addresses, or KYC data, they will be considered the same user. HTX reserves the right to cancel reward eligibility for these linked accounts.

HTX reserves the right to disqualify users for misconduct and to modify the terms of this event at its sole discretion.
