HTX Market Maker Spot Trading Competition II —— Double Rewards for Incremental Trading Volume

To further enhance sustained liquidity contributions from high-quality market makers in the HTX Spot market and incentivize core market makers to continuously expand their trading scale, HTX will launch the Spot Market Maker Trading Competition II, running from May 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026.

This competition uses spot trading volume in March 2026 as the baseline and introduces two incentive mechanisms: 1) Incremental Contribution Rewards across All Spot Trading Pairs; 2) Growth Incentives for Key Designated Trading Pairs. The event is designed to help market makers increase their overall spot trading activity while capturing high-growth opportunities in selected trading pairs. During the event, eligible market makers will receive corresponding rewards based on the rules, and rewards from both sub-events are stackable.

1. Event Period: May 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026 (UTC 8)
2. Business Line: Spot Trading (including Margin)
3. Eligibility: HTX spot market makers

Event 1: Incremental Contribution Rewards (Appliable to All Spot Trading Pairs)

During the event, if a user’s monthly incremental spot trading volume (vs. March 2026 baseline) reaches the following thresholds, they will be eligible for corresponding rewards:

Event 2: Boosted Rewards for Key Trading Pairs (5 Designated Trading Pairs)

During the event, if a user’s monthly incremental trading volume in the following designated trading pairs (vs. March 2026 baseline) reaches the specified thresholds, they will be eligible for additional rewards.

Designated Trading Pairs: TRX/USDT, XRP/USDT, DOGE/USDT, PEPE/USDT, FARTCOIN/USDT

Event Rules

1. Event Period: May 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026 (UTC 8)
2. Eligibility: HTX spot market makers
3. Applicable Trading Pairs

• Event 1: All Spot Trading Pairs
• Event 2: TRX/USDT, XRP/USDT, DOGE/USDT, PEPE/USDT, FARTCOIN/USDT

4. Data Calculation Methodology

• Baseline: Spot trading volume in March 2026
• Only the incremental portion above the March volume is counted towards the event.
• Both maker and taker trading volumes are included.
• Rewards are distributed based on the highest tier achieved per event (non-cumulative within a single event).
• Trades with zero fees will be excluded from the volume calculation.
• Data will be calculated based on the UTC 8 time zone.

5. Reward Structure

• The rewards from both Event 1 and Event 2 are stackable for eligible participants.

6. Reward Distribution Rules

• Trading volume is calculated on a calendar month basis. The rewards from Event 1 and Event 2 couldn't be stacked with rewards from the Spot Market Maker Startup Subsidy Program.
• Rewards will be distributed within 14 working days to eligible users' accounts following the event's end.

7. Abnormal Trading & Compliance

• If any participant is found engaging in prohibited behaviors, including but not limited to bulk account registration, wash trading, self-trading, matched trading between coordinated accounts, abnormal arbitrage behavior, HTX reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the event, revoke rewards already distributed and terminate market making cooperation.

8. Final Interpretation: HTX reserves the right for final interpretation of this event.
