[Event 1] Holding Spot Trading to Unlock 30,000 USDT

Registered users with average holdings ≥ 300 USDT of any TRX, DOGE, XRP, PEPE, or FARTCOIN during the event and completing corresponding cumulative spot trading tasks will be eligible to claim corresponding rewards.

Notes:

1. HTX will take multiple random daily snapshots of users’ Spot and Earn accounts to record their holdings of the designated cryptos, and calculate average balances for the duration of the event.
2. Only balances in Spot accounts and Earn accounts are included. Assets obtained via borrowing will not be counted toward holding calculations.
3. Rewards are limited to the first 5,000 users who complete the trading task and will be distributed based on spot trading volume from highest to lowest. First come, first served!

[Event 3] Share 30,000 USDT for Incremental Trading Volume

Registered users who meet the following requirements during the event will be eligible to share 30,000 USDT.

• Volume Requirement: Reach a cumulative trading volume of ≥ 150,000 USDT in designated cryptos.
• Growth Volume Requirement: Achieve a positive increase in the average daily volume of the designated cryptos compared to the 30-day period prior to the event.

Rewards are based on your share of the total volume growth among all qualifying users. The maximum individual reward is 5,000 USDT.

Example:

If Tom's average valid daily volume was 2 million USDT within 30 days prior to the event and increased to 3 million USDT during the event, his Growth Volume would be 1 million USDT.

If the total Growth Volume of all qualified users is 10 million USDT, Tom's share would be 10%, earning him a reward of 3,000 USDT (calculated as 30,000 USDT × 10%).

Terms and Conditions:

• Users need to click Register Now to participate.
• Only non-API trading volume from registered users will be counted. Volume generated via API are excluded from the effective trading volume calculation.
• Market makers are not eligible for the event.
• Only spot trading volume with trading fees paid is counted towards this event. Trades with zero trading fees, negative fee rates, spot trading fee rebate vouchers, or trading bots trial bonuses are not included in the volume calculation for the event.
• Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Trading volumes from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts.
• A DJI Osmo Pocket 4 (1-inch CMOS Pocket Gimbal Camera) will be converted to its equivalent value in USDT.
• Rewards will be credited to winners' HTX accounts within 14 working days after the end of the events. If winners have not received their rewards after 14 working days, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email [email protected] for assistance.
• HTX will strictly review and disqualify any participants who show any signs of fraudulent behaviors, such as malicious inflation of trading volume, bulk registration of fake accounts, wash trading, and order matching.
