How to Participate: Create or join a team on the event page → Successful team formation → Complete Spot or Futures trading → Share the grand prize

Team Formation Rules:

• Users with an asset balance ≥100 USDT can create or join a team during the team formation period.
• A team is considered successfully formed when there are at least 5 members. A team may consist of a maximum of 100 people.
• Before a team is successfully formed, the team leader can dissolve the team, and team members can switch to other teams. Once the team is formed, dissolution or member change is not allowed.

I. Spot Trading Sub-Event

Trading Rules:

• During the trading period, both team leaders and members will conduct spot trading to contribute to the team's trading volume. The top 20 teams by total trading volume will share a prize pool of $200,000 in $HTX.
• Any team leader or member who reaches a spot trading volume of≥1,000 USDT during the trading period will have their volume counted toward the team total.
• If multiple teams have the same trading volume, the ranking will be determined by the number of members in the team, with teams having fewer members ranked higher. If multiple users in a team have the same trading volume, rankings will be based on their spot PnL%.

Rewards Distribution Among Team Members:

The team leader will exclusively receive 10% of the prize pool reserved for their team. The remaining rewards will be divided among all team members (including the team leader) based on their individual trading volume rankings.

II. Futures Trading Sub-Event

Trading Rules:

• During the trading period, both team leaders and members will conduct futures trading to contribute to the team's trading volume. The top 20 teams by total trading volume will share a prize pool of $200,000 in $HTX.
• Any team leader or member who reaches a futures trading volume of>20,000 USDT during the trading period will have their volume counted toward the team total.
• If multiple teams have the same trading volume, the ranking will be determined by the number of members in the team, with teams having fewer members ranked higher. If multiple users in a team have the same trading volume, rankings will be based on their futures PnL%.

Reward Distribution:

• The event rewards will be distributed based on the team's total trading volume and individual trading volumes.
• The rewards will be in the form of HTX tokens and will be available for claiming after the reward review period ends.
• Prize winners must manually claim their rewards on the event page within 30 days after the event ends. Rewards will be directly credited to the HTX account.
• The amount of HTX token rewards will be calculated based on the spot price of HTX at the distribution time. The actual reward amount will prevail.

Terms and Conditions:

• To participate, users need to create or join a team on the event page.
• Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Data from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts.
• Market makers are not eligible to participate in this event.
• Only spot trading volume with trading fees paid is counted towards this event. Trades with zero trading fees, market maker fee rates, negative fee rates, trading fee rebate vouchers, or futures trial bonuses are not included in the volume calculation for the event.
• HTX will strictly review and disqualify any participants who show any signs of fraudulent behaviors, such as malicious inflation of trading volume, bulk registration of fake accounts, wash trading, and order matching.
• HTX reserves the right for final interpretation of this event.
