HTX to Support the FLOW(Flow), CSPR(Casper) and SEI(Sei Network) Network Upgrades

Dear HTX Users,

HTX will support the FLOW(Flow), CSPR(Casper) and SEI(Sei Network) Network Upgrades with the following plan:

HTX will suspend the deposit and withdrawal services for FLOW at 13:00:00 (UTC) on May 18, 2026;

HTX will suspend the deposit and withdrawal services for CSPR at 12:30:00 (UTC) on May 19, 2026;

HTX will suspend the deposit and withdrawal services for SEI at 14:00:00 (UTC) on May 19, 2026;

You may deposit FLOW, CSPR and SEI in advance. We will handle all technical requirements involved for all users.

Please note:

● The FLOW(Flow) Network Upgrade will take place approximately at 15:00:00 (UTC) on May 18, 2026; The CSPR(Casper) Network Upgrade will take place at block height of Era 22426 (approximately at 14:46:00 (UTC) on May 19, 2026); The SEI(Sei Network) Network Upgrade will take place at block height of 208377745 (approximately at 16:00:00 (UTC) on May 19, 2026);

● The trading of FLOW, CSPR and SEI will not be affected during the network upgrades.

● The network upgrades will not result in creation of new tokens.

● HTX will resume deposits and withdrawals for FLOW, CSPR and SEI once we deem the upgraded network to be stable, which will not be further announced.
