Event I：Deposit to Share 10,000 USDT in MGG

Period: 11:00 (UTC) on Feb 10, 2022 - 11:00 (UTC) on Feb 17, 2022

Rules:

• During the event period, users who deposit MGG on the Huobi platform are eligible for a share of 10,000 USDT in MGG, according to their net deposit volumes (Deposits - Withdrawals).
• Users with negative net deposits are ineligible for rewards.

Reward Calculation:

• Individual Rewards = Individual Net Deposit Volumes/Total Net Deposit Volumes from all eligible users*100% * 10,000 USDT in MGG
• Individual rewards are capped at 2,000 USDT in MGG. Due to issues with the tick display size,  rewards of less than 0.00000001 MGG will not be distributed.

Event II：First 100 Participants to Get Equal Share of 5,000USDT MGG Prize Pool  

Period: 11:00 (UTC) on Feb 10, 2022 - 11:00 (UTC) on Feb 17, 2022

Rules: 

• During the event, the first 100 users who deposit at least 300 USDT (Deposits - Withdrawals) in MGG can get an equal share of 5,000 USDT worth of MGG. This works out to 50 USDT worth of MGG for each user.
• Users with negative net deposits are ineligible for rewards.

Event III: Trade MGG to Share 15,000 USDT in MGG

Period: From Opening time of MGG Spot Trading to 13:15 (UTC) on Feb 17, 2022

Rules:

Users who trade MGG (spot trading) during the campaign period will be ranked by their spot trading volumes (Buys Sells, excluding self-trading). They are eligible for a share of the 15,000 USDT MGG prize pool based on their rankings.

• Individual rewards are capped at 1,000 USDT in MGG.

Please Note:

• Deposit and withdrawal volumes of sub-accounts will all be credited to those of parent accounts for the final calculation.
• Rewards will be sent to users’ Exchange accounts within 14 working days after the event ends.

Terms and Conditions：

• Participants are required to complete the ID verification process. Failure to complete ID verification before the events end will result in the forfeiture of any reward.
• Market makers are not permitted to participate in the events.
• Users from the following countries or regions will not be permitted to participate in this event: Mainland China, the United States of America, Canada, Japan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela and Crimea.
• Huobi Global reserves the right to have sole discretion to amend or revise the terms of these events, or cancel these events at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
