Subscription

• Registration for this event must be completed during this period.
• Your reward tier will be determined and locked based on your net subscription increase before the end of this period.
• Once locked, the reward tier cannot be upgraded.
• You cannot participate in the event if you do not meet the minimum subscription requirement.

Asset Maintenance

• Any redemption will reset your net subscription increase.
• Rewards are calculated and issued based on the lowest net subscription increase maintained during this period.
• If your net subscription increase falls below the minimum requirement, no rewards will be granted.

Review

• The final list of winners will be reviewed during this period.
• Rewards can be claimed after the review is complete.

Reward Claiming

• Winners can manually claim their rewards through the event page during this period.
• Rewards cannot be claimed after the period ends.
• Unclaimed rewards will be forfeited.

Terms and Conditions:

• To participate in the event, click “Register Now” before the subscription deadline.
• Initial Snapshot: An initial snapshot of users' Earn account assets will be taken before the event begins, counting only the specified crypto assets in Earn products.
• How Net Subscription Increase Is Calculated: During the Subscription Period, Net Subscription Increase = Earn account balance − Initial snapshot balance. During the Asset Maintenance Period, the final subscription amount used for reward calculation is based on the net subscription increase maintained through the end of the Subscription Period. Depositing additional funds during the Asset Maintenance Period will not increase this amount, while transferring funds out will reduce it accordingly.
• Earn Account Balance: Assets in your Earn Account will be calculated in real time using the crypto prices at the time of the initial snapshot. Only assets in specified Earn products will be counted.
• Winners must manually claim their APY Booster Coupons on the event page within the event period. Rewards that remain unclaimed after the period ends will be forfeited. Rewards are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Winners of the 10g Gold Note will be announced within 7 working days after the event ends and notified via an in-app message. HTX reserves the right to substitute the 10g Gold Note with 1,550 USDT or a platform voucher of equivalent value. This may occur due to regional restrictions, sourcing challenges, or other necessary circumstances. Such credits will be automatically issued to your Spot account.
• Each user can take this offer only once, and rewards cannot be accumulated.
• Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Data from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts.
• HTX will strictly review and disqualify any participants who show any signs of fraudulent behaviors, such as malicious inflation of trading volume, bulk registration of fake accounts, wash trading, and order matching.
• HTX reserves the right to modify, change or cancel this event for any reason without further notice.
• HTX reserves the right for final interpretation of this event.
