Announcement on the Postponement of UTA API WebSocket Updates (2026-08-27)

To ensure the stability and compatibility of the UTA API updates, following further evaluation, we have decided to postpone the following WebSocket changes originally scheduled to go live at 06:00 on August 27, 2026 (UTC) (Original Announcement)

The welcome response for UTA Public WebSocket connections (Futures and Spot) will be changed from "message":"welcome" to "data":"welcome". A new pingTimeout field will be added.
[Modify] For all UTA public Websocket connections and private connections, extra spaces between parameters inside JSON body of push data will be removed.

Update Schedule

Before the above changes officially go live:

The existing WebSocket welcome response format will remain unchanged.
Users do not need to make immediate changes to their existing integrations regarding the above updates.
If you have already made the necessary adaptations based on the previous announcement, please ensure that your integration continues to support the existing WebSocket welcome response format for the time being.

The new launch date will be announced separately, with advance notice provided to users.
