What are Ondo Tokenized Securities? 

Tokenized securities are digital representations of traditional securities and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that reflect the price performance of their underlying assets on-chain. They are intended to provide exposure to the value of the underlying assets rather than direct ownership. Consequently, holders do not receive all shareholder rights, such as voting rights.

Ondo Tokenized Securities are provided by Ondo, a blockchain-based platform focused on tokenizing real-world assets (RWAs), such as securities and ETFs.

Tokenized Securities Trading Hours:

• Ondo Securities operate during the same trading hours as the U.S. stock market, providing 24/5 availability (Monday–Friday) rather than 24/7 trading. Each tokenized stock is fully backed by the corresponding underlying asset.

• Trading may be suspended during U.S. market closures, including weekends, market holidays, and early market closures, as well as during temporary trading halts due to market volatility, regulatory actions, or technical issues.

• Ondo applies a brief 1–5 minute transition pause between each trading session.
