KuCoin Earn to Adjust Earnings for Selected Simple Earn (Flexible) Products and Delist Certain Assets

Dear KuCoin Earn Users,

To continuously optimize the KuCoin Earn product experience and product structure, KuCoin Earn will adjust the earnings distribution asset and APR for selected Simple Earn (Flexible) products and delist certain Simple Earn (Flexible) products starting from 6:00:00 on August 11, 2026 (UTC).

Earnings Adjustment for Selected Simple Earn (Flexible) Products

The following 76 Simple Earn (Flexible) assets will undergo adjustments:

Affected Assets:

ZEC, ADA, API3, PAXG, SOL, TAO, QNT, HBAR, SUI, NEAR, DOT, LUNC, AVAX, AXS, CAKE, ALGO, ICP, DASH, INJ, VET, ARB, BCH, ENA, FIL, JASMY, RUNE, SEI, ZRO, JUP, GRT, CRV, WLD, APT, AR, FLR, TIA, RAY, KSM, PYTH, RSR, LDO, THETA, IOTX, WIF, NEO, APE, OP, XMR, BOME, EGLD, SUSHI, LPT, ROSE, IMX, DYDX, CHZ, FLUX, YFI, CFX, COMP, ENS, IO, NOT, MINA, ETHFI, W, AEVO, TRB, COOKIE, KAVA, RLC, DGB, SKL, STRK, MEME, XTZ.

After the adjustment:

• Earnings from the affected products will be distributed in the corresponding subscribed asset instead of KCS;

• The fixed 0.5% APR will be changed to a variable APR, which may fluctuate based on market conditions;

• Please refer to the KuCoin Earn product page for the latest APR;

• Existing holdings will automatically adopt the adjusted earnings mechanism, and no action is required from users;

• Normal subscriptions and redemptions of the affected Simple Earn (Flexible) products will not be impacted.

Delisting of Selected Simple Earn (Flexible) Products

KuCoin Earn will delist Simple Earn (Flexible) products for the following 10 assets:

Delisted Assets:

YGG, SUPER, USTC, ZEN, CKB, ACH, ILV, TNSR, BLUR, BB.

After the delisting:

• The affected Simple Earn (Flexible) products will no longer accept new subscriptions;

• Users' existing holdings will be automatically redeemed;

• Users' principal and accrued earnings will be automatically transferred to their Funding Account;

• No action is required from users.
