In light of the increased market volatility on October 10, KuCoin remains committed to providing its VIP users with stable support and reliable services. To ensure an optimal trading experience, the platform will implement the following measures:

1. Temporary Suspension of VIP Tier Downgrade Mechanism

From 21:00, October 24, 2025 (UTC) to 00:00, November 24, 2025 (UTC), KuCoin will launch a 30-day VIP Tier Protection Program. During this period, if a VIP user’s tier is downgraded, please complete and submit the following form. A KuCoin account manager will contact you for verification, and upon confirmation, your tier protection request will be processed within 3 business days. The protection period will be extended for 30 calendar days from the effective date of your application.

During this period:
- Once your application is approved, your VIP tier and corresponding benefits (such as trading fee discounts, dedicated account manager, etc.) will remain unchanged.
- If you meet the upgrade criteria (such as trading volume or KCS holdings), your account will still be eligible for a normal upgrade.

2. Important Notes

Tier protection applications will not take effect if the form is not submitted properly or if the eligibility requirements are not met.
If you notice anyabnormal changes in your VIP tier between October 24, 2025, 21:00 (UTC) and November 24, 2025, 00:00 (UTC), please contact our 24/7 support team or your dedicated account manager immediately.
