KuCoin Will Support Philtoken (PHIL) Token Swap and Rebranding to Akita (AKITA)

KuCoin will support the token swap and rebranding of Philtoken(PHIL) to Akita(AKITA). The PHIL to AKITA token swap will automatically be completed for PHIL holders on KuCoin.

The arrangements are as follows:

1. The deposit service of PHIL has been closed. The withdrawal service will be closed at 02:00:00 on May 5, 2026 (UTC).

2. The trading services for PHIL/USDT trading pair will be closed at 08:00:00 on May 6, 2026 (UTC).

3. To complete the swap, KuCoin will take snapshots of users’ PHIL assets at 12:00:00 on May 6, 2026 (UTC). After the snapshot, we will convert the old PHIL tokens to the new AKITA tokens at a ratio of 1:1 (60 old PHIL = 1 new AKITA).

Notes:

1. The snapshots will include PHIL balances in Spot accounts (Funding Account Trading Account).

2. PHIL tokens that were in pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of the snapshots will not be counted towards your balance.

3. After the deposit, withdrawal, and trading services for PHIL are closed, the PHIL token will NO longer be supported on KuCoin. For users who deposit PHIL afterward, KuCoin will NOT be able to cover users’ losses.
