Once users successfully enroll in the campaign, they will automatically participate in the following two reward pools:

(Pool 1) Lucky Draw — Trade MCAT to Share 120,000 MCAT!

All KuCoin users who complete at least $250 spot trading volume of MCAT during the campaign period will qualify for the Lucky Draw.

• New users will receive 2× rewards.

• Users who successfully invite at least 3 new users to register and complete KYC will also receive 2× rewards.

(Pool 2) Trading Carnival — Trade MCAT, BTC or KCS to Share 380,000 MCAT!

Users must achieve a minimum spot trading volume of $600 in MCAT/USDT during the campaign period to qualify for rewards. Once eligible, users may continue trading MCAT/USDT, BTC/USDT, and KCS/USDT to increase their share of the 380,000 MCAT prize pool.

• MCAT/USDT trading volume will be counted as 2× toward the reward calculation.

• Rewards will be allocated based on each user’s proportion of the total trading volume. The higher the adjusted trading volume, the greater the potential reward share, subject to a maximum cap of 8,000 MCAT per user.

During the campaign, users who complete the learning content, quiz, and designated tasks related to MarsCat (MCAT) will be eligible to share MCAT rewards on a first-come, first-served basis.

Activity 1 Notes

1. For the Lucky Draw Pool, rewards will be distributed to eligible users in accordance with the campaign rules and qualification requirements.

2. For the Lucky Draw Pool, a qualifying “new user” refers to a user who registers a new KuCoin account during the campaign period and completes full KYC verification. Users who successfully invite at least 3 qualifying new users will be eligible for the corresponding invitation bonus. The invitation bonus and the new user reward multiplier are cumulative and may be applied simultaneously if the eligibility criteria for both are satisfied.

3. For the Trading Carnival Pool, the total trading volume will be calculated as follows:

• Total Trading Volume Calculation: ((MCAT-USDT Trading Volume × 2) Trading Volume of BTC-USDT, and KCS-USDT) × Boost Multiplier

• Reward Calculation: (Your Total Trading Volume ÷ Total Trading Volume of All Users) × 380,000 MCAT.

4. Market maker accounts and institutional accounts are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

Terms and Conditions

1. Trading Volume = (buys sells) x price.

2. Complete KYC verification to participate in the event. Accounts associated with the same identity will be considered a single participant. Sub-accounts are not eligible.

3. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. The final decision made by KuCoin is legal binding force on all participants who participated in the competition. Users hereby confirm that their registration and use of KuCoin are voluntary and are not forced, interfered with, or influenced by KuCoin in any way.

4. KuCoin reserves the right to disqualify users' reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk registered accounts, self-dealing, or market manipulation).

5. KuCoin reserves the final right to interpret these terms and conditions, including but not limited to the modification, change, or cancellation of the activity, without further notice.

6. If users have doubts about the result of the activities, please note the official appeal period for the result of activities is 2 months after the end of the campaign. We will not accept any kind of appeal after this period.

7. Where any discrepancy arises between the translated and original English versions, the English version shall prevail.
