Rules:
- Each user can only participate in the lucky draw once during the activity period. The lucky draw qualification is based on the highest eligible transaction amount (e.g., if a user completes transactions of 10 USDT, 100 USDT, and 1000 USDT, the 1000 USDT transaction will be used for the lucky draw).
- Lucky draw qualifications cannot be stacked and are only valid for transactions completed during the activity period.
