What is TREE?

Treehouse is a decentralized application that introduces Treehouse Assets (tAssets) and Decentralized Offered Rates (DOR), new primitives that enable fixed income products in digital assets.  tETH, the first tAsset on Ethereum, is a liquid staking token (LST) that converges the fragmented on-chain ETH interest rates market. Holders of tETH earn real yield in excess of Ethereum’s Proof-of-Stake (PoS) rewards through interest rate arbitrage while still being able to use tETH for DeFi activities. DOR, on the other hand, are reference rates derived from the Treehouse Protocol, a consensus mechanism incentivizing an economy of stakeholders to provide accurate data and forecasts.
