During the campaign period, users who hold at least 100 ZETA on KuCoin will win a share of $10,000 in ZETA in proportion to their average ZETA holding amount.

KuCoin will randomly take hourly snapshots of users’ ZETA balance during the campaign period, including Funding Account, Trading Account, and Trading Bot Account

To qualify for Activity 1, 100 ZETA ≤ user’s average ZETA holding amount ≤ 50,000 ZETA; If the user's average ZETA holding amount is more than 50,000 ZETA, the rewards will be calculated based on 50,000 ZETA holdings.

1. Rewards will be distributed within 15 working days after the activity ends.

2. The quantity of rewards will be calculated according to the average ZETA/USDT daily closing prices during the activity period.

3. KuCoin reserves the right to disqualify users' reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk registered accounts, self-dealing, or market manipulation).

4. KuCoin reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Activity Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this Activity, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.
