MEXC Will Support the SpongeBob(SPONGE) Token Swap

Dear MEXCers,

According to the announcement of the SpongeBob (SPONGE) team, they will swap SPONGE V1 tokens into SPONGE V2 tokens. Users can choose to withdraw their SPONGE tokens from MEXC and stake them on the staking page before 2024-02-05 23:00 (UTC) to receive SPONGE V2 tokens.

For users who still hold SPONGE tokens after the suspension of SPONGE withdrawals, MEXC will assist them with token swaps with the following arrangements:

Deposits of SPONGE have been closed;
Withdrawals and trading of SPONGE will be suspended at 2024-02-05 06:00 (UTC);
The token swap ratio of SPONGE is 1:1；
After the token swap, the token ticker of SPONGE will remain unchanged.

Please note：

According to the project team's announcement, the staking will end at 2024-02-05 23:00 (UTC). Therefore, users who want to swap tokens by themselves need to stake SPONGE tokens before the staking deadline.
For users who still hold tokens after 2024-02-05 06:00 (UTC), MEXC will assist them with token swaps.
MEXC will not support token swaps for SPONGE tokens deposited after the closure of deposits;
MEXC no longer supports deposits for old SPONGE tokens after the token swap. Please make confirmation before depositing tokens to avoid any asset losses;
The opening time for SPONGE deposits, withdrawals, and trading will be announced separately.
