On January 6, 2023, Huobi Japan announced that the name of the service will be changed from "Huobi" to "BitTrade" from the beginning of 2023. On April 21, 2023, Rei Seki, President of Huobi Japan, Inc. announced that the company name has been changed to "BitTrade Inc. The original website address https://www.huobi.co.jp has been changed to https://www.bittrade. co.jp/.
