OKX to support GTO to GFT token migration

According to the official plan from Gifto (GTO), OKX will support the token migration from GTO tokens to GFT tokens at a 1:1 ratio as per the following details:

1. GTO transfers, deposits and withdrawals will be closed at 10:00 am UTC on Jan 29.
2. All pending orders for GTO tokens will be cancelled and GTO spot trading pairs GTO/USDT, GTO/BTC will be closed at 03:00 am UTC on Jan 30.
3. A snapshot and subsequent token migration will take place at 04:00 pm UTC on Jan 30.

The snapshot will take place in both funding and trading accounts. GFT deposits, withdrawals and spot trading will open after token migration. Users will be notified of the exact opening time in a later announcement.
