CORE Listing Promotion KOL Terms & Conditions

1. The "CORE Listing Airdrop" promotion starts on 13 Feburary 2023 at 00:00 HKT and ends on 17 Feburary 2023 at 23:59 HKT (the "Promotion Period").

2. This promotion excludes residents from the following jurisdictions: mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau.

3. Only eligible users that: (1) signed up through a valid Affiliate link, (2) completed the requirement within the Promotional Period, and (3) completed KYC 1 verification (check your status ), are eligible for any rewards. Limited to the first 2,000 qualified and participating users.

(A) Eligible users with an accumulated trading volume of > 100 USD in $CORE during the Promotion Period, may be eligible to receive $10 worth of CORE.

4. Eligible trading volume includes both Spot and Derivatives trading volume during the Promotion Period.

5. Eligible trading volume will be accumulated and will only be counted during the Promotional Period.

6. Rewards will be distributed within thirty (30) working days from 17 Feburary 2023, 23:59 HKT.

7. Affiliates will be rewarded with 5 USDT for each invitee that qualifies for the promotion reward.

9. Please note that the value of the prize may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw to the actual withdrawal time based on market fluctuation. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may experience an increase or decrease in value of your assets at any given moment.

10. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of Promotion Reward are the sole responsibility of the individual Promotion Reward recipient.

11. OKX reserves the right to exclude any participants from this promotion and/or cancel this promotion without notice.
