How do I complete KYC identity authentication and add security settings?

Completing KYC verification and security settings can ensure the security of your funds. Additionally, enabling different levels of verification can unlock different transaction permissions.

On the app

KYC verification:

On the OKX app, select the profile icon in the upper left corner and select [Identity verification]. Follow the page prompts to complete Level 1 basic verification, Level 2 advanced verification, and Level 3 video verification.

Security settings:

Open the OKX app, select the profile icon in the upper left corner and select [Security]. On the security settings page, you can modify your login password, email verification, Google Authenticator, and anti-phishing code, among other settings. The security of your transactions and account is strengthened when more information is entered into the security settings page.

On web

KYC verification:

On the OKX website, select the profile icon in the upper right corner and select [Verification]. Then, follow the page prompts to complete Level 1 basic verification and Level 2 advanced verification.

Security Settings:

On the OKX website, select the profile icon in the upper right corner and select [Security]. On the security settings page, you can modify your login password, email verification, Google Authenticator, and anti-phishing code, among other settings. The security of your transactions and account is better guaranteed when more information is entered into the security settings page.

Note:
(1) The higher your verification level, the easier it is to match with merchants and access more favorable prices for fiat transactions.
(2) Level 3 video verification is currently not supported on the OKX website. To complete it, please download the OKX app.
