How do I check my identity verification information?

On the app

To check the status of your identity verification via the OKX app, select the profile icon in the upper left corner and select [Identity Verification]. You can see your KYC verification level and personal identity verification information, including your ID number and the corresponding name. Only one ID can be registered to one account.

Please contact customer support with your ID number if you are unsure about which account is connected to your ID.

On web
