1. What is Futures Grid?
Futures Grid is a tool to automate your trading strategies. They're designed to open long and short positions at regular intervals within a predefined price range. The Futures Grid aims to capitalize on price fluctuations and is particularly suitable for volatile markets.
2. Which type of futures is available for Futures Grid?
Poloniex Futures Grid supports only USDT-margined futures.
3. What kind of market is suitable for Futures Grid?
Futures Grid bots are suitable for volatile and sideways markets.
4. Which trading pairs are supported by Futures Grid?
Currently, Futures Grid supports Derivatives trading pairs with USDT as margin. For specific trading pairs, please head to the trading page to view.
5. What cryptos can I use to create a Futures Grid bot?
Currently, only USDT is supported.
6. Are there any fees associated with Futures Grid?
The fee structure is the same as for rates incurred when you trade on Poloniex's Derivatives platform.
Please note that a funding fee will be incurred, which may be paid or received.
7. Which account do I use for Futures Grid?
Futures Grid bots are created using the assets in your USDT-M Futures account. After a bot is created, assets will automatically transfer from your USDT-M Futures account to your Trading Bots account. Please ensure that there are sufficient assets in your USDT-M Futures account while the bot is running.
8. What types of bots does Futures Grid offer?
Futures Grid offers three 3 types of bots - Neutral, Long and Short - to place your orders.
• Neutral bot is suitable for volatile markets.
• Long bot is suitable for volatile market conditions where prices are rising.
• Short bot is suitable for volatile market conditions where prices are falling.
9. How do I receive my Futures Grid profits?
When your Futures Grid bot is running, your grid profits will be automatically credited to your Trading Bots account. You can refer to the Total PnL for the profits in real time.
10. Is there a limit to the number of Futures grids?
Currently, Futures Grid supports 2-169 grids per bot.
11. Is there a limit to initial margin?
The initial margin limit can vary, depending on the cap price, base price and the number of grids you've set. The specific minimum/maximum initial margin amounts will be displayed in the initial margin field based on the parameters you set.
12. Can I adjust my Futures Grid parameters?
Yes, you can modify two parameters of a running Futures Grid bot, including the Stop Top Price and Stop Bottom Price. The new parameters will take effect immediately after the modification is successfully saved.
13. Can I run multiple Futures Grid bots simultaneously for the same futures trading pair?
Yes, you can run multiple Futures Grid bots for a single futures symbol.
14. Why am I unable to successfully create a Futures Grid bot?
If you fail to create a Futures Grid bot, it may be due to the following reasons:
• You do not have enough USDT assets in your Futures account to meet the minimum initial margin requirement for Futures Grid.
• The parameters you've set are not within a specified range.

15. Do I need to terminate my Futures Grid bot if the market price falls outside of my predefined price range?
Futures Grid bots will only run within the price range you've set. If the market price falls outside this range, no new orders will be placed by your bot until the price returns to the range.
