Announcement on Poloniex Support for THORChain (RUNE) Network Upgrades

Dear users,

Poloniex will support the THORChain (RUNE) network upgrades with the following plan:

• Poloniex will suspend deposit and withdrawal services for RUNE at 15:30:00 on November 20, 2025 (UTC);

You may deposit RUNE in advance. We will handle all technical requirements involved for all users.

Please note:

• The THORChain (RUNE) Network Upgrade will take place at 17:30:00 on November 20, 2025 (UTC).
• Trading of RUNE will not be affected during the network upgrade.
• The network upgrades will not result in creation of new tokens.
• Poloniex will resume deposits and withdrawals for RUNE once we deem the upgraded network to be stable, which will not be further announced.
