Stablecoin startup Boundary Labs has closed a $2 million Pre-Seed round led by Galaxy Ventures, with First Block Capital and BlackWood also participating. The company plans to launch its institutional-grade stablecoin, USBD, on Ethereum in early summer 2026. USBD will provide daily system status reports and real-time NAV calculations to support institutional adoption. The protocol will also issue staking tokens, sUSBD, enabling eligible institutional participants to earn income through DeFi strategies.
