What Is Mystiko(XZK)?

Mystiko operates as a universal ZK SDK, enhancing the scalability, interoperability, and confidentiality of blockchains. Mystiko’s SDK enables developers to build blockchain applications that reduce costs, scale effortlessly, securely interact across chains, and protect users’ on-chain privacy (account balances, transaction histories, etc.).

Since its inception, Mystiko.Network has served as the trustless  decentralized zero-knowledge (ZK) technology infrastructure for cross-chain activity. Mystiko.Network V1 mainnet occurred in late March 2023, and within a year of its launch, Mystiko.Network V1 has:

Mystiko(XZK) Tokenomics

XZK is the utility and governance token that operates the decentralized Mystiko.Network.

• XZK tokens are required to operate the network. Mystiko.Network’s operations rely on ZK-Rollup miners and relayers. To become ZK-Rollup miners/relayers, XZK token holders stake a reasonable amount of XZK.
• ZK-Rollup miners are operators responsible for consolidating users’ transactions into a ZK-Rollup, thereby reducing transaction costs.
• Relayers are operators who assist users in covering gas fees on the destination chain, enhancing confidentiality.

XZK Governance Functionality

• XZK tokens are required to vote on network governance. Mystiko.Network is a self-governed decentralized community where technical, product, and economic decisions are determined through a staked XZK token voting mechanism.
• Any address delegated with more than 1% of XZK supply may propose governance actions, which include finalized, executable code.
• When a proposal is created, the community can cast their votes during a 7-day voting period. If there is a majority, and at least 4% of XZK supply votes are cast for the proposal, it is queued and may be executed in a minimum of 2 days.
• XZK holders are responsible for ensuring that governance decisions are made in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. To help facilitate this, the fee switch has been initialized to a contract XZK holders can use to vote on tokens for which they will collect fees. The community is encouraged to consult knowledgeable legal and regulatory professionals before implementing any specific proposal.

How will the sale work?

In order to be eligible to participate in the Mystiko.Network Community Sale, users must fund their CoinList Wallet with the minimum purchase amount ($50 in USDC or USDT) as well as pass KYC verification. 
Once the sale begins, users will be prompted to submit a purchase request, with a limit set between between $50 and $3000. You can not submit a purchase request that is larger than the amount of USDC or USDT that you hold on CoinList. 
After the sale period closes, April 4, 2024 at 17:00 UTC, allocations will be selected at random. Users who are not selected to receive an allocation will receive their funds back in their CoinList wallet within 48 hours of the purchase period.

When do I need to fund my purchase?

In order to participate in the Mystiko.Network Community Sale, users will need to fund their CoinList Wallet with the minimum purchase amount ($50 in USDC or USDT). There is no pre-funding deadline, but users will need their funds in their CoinList wallet to submit a purchase request within the 7 day timeframe, March 28 at 17:00 UTC to April 4 at 17:00 UTC, to be eligible to receive a XZK allocation.

What is the lock-up schedule for the Mystiko.Network Community Sale?

Tokens sold in the Mystiko.Network Community Sale are subject to the following lock-up: 25% unlocks after a 75 day period, remaining 75% vesting over 12 months.
