2. ELT/USDT call auction opens at 11:40 am UTC on April20, 2022
3. ELT/USDT Spot Trading opens at 12:00 pm UTC on April20, 2022
4. ELTwithdrawal opens at 10:00 am UTC on April 21, 2022
