Cypher is launching its testnet for developers and users through a 4-phase rollout:

• Phase 1: FHE Transactions ($DEAI stakers)
• Phase 2: FHE Smart Contracts and Developer Tools
• Phase 3: eCFT Governance Platform
• Phase 4: eAuctions

Phase 1: FHE Transactions Users can stake $DEAI tokens to access faucet tokens and perform FHE transactions. These encrypted transfers allow users to distinguish between standard and encrypted transactions on Cypher's explorer.

Phase 2: FHE Token Contracts & Confidential Smart Contracts Developers will deploy FHE-based token contracts using familiar tools like Hardhat and Remix. Create custom ERC-20 tokens with encrypted functionality, enabling confidential transactions in DeFi, governance, and more.

Phase 3: Confidential Voting Platform Cypher will launch an encrypted Confidential Full Trust (eCFT) voting system. Cast encrypted votes, accessible only to authorized administrators, ensuring the overall process remains publicly transparent.

Phase 4: Secure Auctions Presenting secure auctions that employ encryption, allowing bidders to submit confidential offers within a novel decentralized framework. This encrypted bidding technique safeguards privacy and upholds a transparent auction experience.
