1. These Terms and Conditions of Savings Marathon are between You (“User” or “you” or “your”) and AAX Limited. (together “AAX” or “we” or “our”)

2. You declare that you are at least 18 years old and are an individual with full legal capacity. You are not from a Restricted Jurisdictions under 2.1.2 of AAX Terms of Use. If you are participating on behalf of an entity that you have the necessary capacity and authority to agree to these Terms.

3. You are required to complete KYC level 1 verification in order to participate in this campaign.

4. In order to be eligible for participation in this campaign you would need to subscribe to AAX Savings after the campaign start date.

5. You would need to subscribe to AAX Savings by following the campaign checkpoints in the rewards conditions. i.e. subscribe the minimum amount of USDT / USDC after specified start dates in accordance with the checkpoints. Once you complete the checkpoints, the applicable deposit tickets will be delivered to your AAX account three working days after the campaign period ends. The campaign rewards will be issued to your AAX accounts within 14 working days after the campaign period ends.

6. Any user misconduct including but not limited to click farming, batch account registration, and internal fund transfer among fraud accounts to rig the savings volume will not be accepted and declared ineligible for the campaign reward. AAX has the sole discretion to determine eligibility and to disqualify the user from participation in this campaign and reserve the right to revoke deposit tickets or rewards received.
