How to complete KYB on BigONE Eurasia

Here is your guide on completing KYB on BigONE Eurasia 

Step 1. Log in to your BigONE Eurasia business account

Step 2. Go to the verification page: Click on the user icon in the top right corner of the screen and select "Identity Verification" from the drop-down menu 

Step 3. Click the "Start" button, and you will be redirected to the Google verification form 

Step 4. Start filling in your details, ensuring that you provide all the required information

Step 5. Make sure to answer all the questions accurately 

Note: Select "IND- 166  Natural persons or legal entities associated with Cryptocurrency or ICO" if your business is related to or associated with the Digital Assets Industry 

Step 6. Gather all the required docs (in PDF format) to submit via the form 

Documents you will need to prepare include:

1. Certificate of Incorporation/State Registration

2. Basic info such as proof of address and Business Identification Number

3. Charter/Articles of Association

4. Information on Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs), including documents verifying their identities

5. Mining licences (if applicable) 

6. Financial statements or a certificate from the mining pool (if you are a mining company) 

7. Certificate from the mining pool and other supporting documents

Step 7. Once the form is filled in, including the required attached documents, it will take up to 3 working days to complete KYB verification. Please note that additional information may be required if requested by our compliance department.
