BigONE Will Support the Polygon (POL) Network Upgrade & Hard Fork

Dear BigONE users,

BigONE will suspend deposit and withdrawal services for the Polygon (POL) network on 9 December 2025 at 17:00 (GMT 8), in order to support its upcoming network upgrade and hard fork.

Polygon (POL) will undergo a network upgrade and hard fork at block height 80,048,800 (estimated 9 December 2025 18:00 GMT 8).

Reminders:
1. The trading of token(s) on the aforementioned network will not be impacted.
2. BigONE will handle all technical requirements involved for all users.
3. Deposits and withdrawals for token(s) on the aforementioned network will be resume once the upgraded network(s) is(are) deemed to be stable. No further announcement will be posted.
