Announcement on the Rescheduling of BigONE Futures Trading System Optimization (2026/6/6)

Dear BigONE users, 

In order to further optimize and upgrade the Futures trading experience, BigONE Futures will be undergoing system maintenance on 7 June 2026 at 07:00 (GMT 8). 

The optimization originally scheduled for 2 June 2026 at 07:00 (GMT 8), has been rescheduled to 7 June 2026 at 07:00 (GMT 8). We will notify users once the maintenance is completed. Please refer to future announcements for the exact timing.

All trading pairs in the Futures trading will be suspended during the maintenance period. Market update, position opening and closing, order cancellation, margin call, fund transfer and other functions will not be available. The scope of maintenance includes the Mobile App, Website, and API (query and operation). Please cancel your orders in advance. Before the maintenance is complete and an open transaction is open, users who wish to withdraw their orders need to contact online customer service. During the maintenance period, your assets will remain secure.
