BigONE Announcement on Supporting KITE (KITE) Token Contract Swap

Dear BigONE users,

BigONE will support the token contract swap of KITE on the Ethereum (ERC20) network. The swap will be carried out at a 1:1 ratio. The specific arrangements are as follows:

1. BigONE has now suspended the deposit and withdrawal services for KITE. Deposits of the old contract KITE made after the suspension will not be credited properly. Please do not continue to deposit.
2. BigONE will handle all technical work related to this contract swap for platform users. KITE held in users' BigONE accounts will be automatically swapped at a 1:1 ratio without any action required from users.
3. During the contract swap, spot trading of KITE will not be affected.
4. After the contract swap is completed, BigONE will reopen deposit and withdrawal services for the new KITE contract tokens.

Please note that after the swap is completed, BigONE will no longer support deposits and withdrawals of the old contract KITE. Before resuming deposits, be sure to verify the latest contract address. Any asset losses caused by depositing to the old contract address cannot be recovered.
