BigONE Announcement Regarding the Postpone of the Oura IPO and Refunds for Subscriptions

Dear BigONE users,

On 29 September 2026, Oura announced that it will be postponing its planned Nasdaq listing due to uncertainty in the current IPO market. A new listing date has not yet been announced.

As a result, BigONE has decided to end the Oura IPO subscription event early. The funds used by users to participate in the subscription will be fully returned to their BigONE accounts through the original payment method. Please refer to your account asset records for the specific arrival time.

BigONE will continue to monitor developments regarding the Oura IPO. If Oura determines a new listing schedule, the platform will issue a separate announcement regarding whether to resume subscriptions and the OURAX listing plan, based on the actual circumstances.
