BigONE Announcement on the Suspension of TQQQX Deposits, Withdrawals and Trading

Dear BigONE Users,

The underlying asset of TQQQX, ProShares UltraPro QQQ (TQQQ), will undergo a 2-for-1 stock split. As a result, the quantity and price of TQQQX will be adjusted accordingly.

To reflect this split and maintain alignment between TQQQX and its underlying asset, BigONE will suspend TQQQX/USDT trading and carry out the necessary asset adjustments. The details are as follows:

I. Adjustment Arrangements

1. Trading Suspension: BigONE will suspend trading for the TQQQX/USDT trading pair at 10:00 (UTC 8) on October 12, 2026.
2. Order Cancellation: Following the trading suspension, all open orders for TQQQX/USDT will be automatically canceled by the system.
3. Asset Snapshot: BigONE will take a snapshot of users' TQQQX holdings at 00:00 (UTC 8) on October 13, 2026. Holdings will be adjusted according to the 2-for-1 split ratio.
4. Trading Resumption: Once the adjustment process is complete and the asset data has been verified, BigONE will resume trading for TQQQX/USDT. Please refer to subsequent announcements for the confirmed resumption time.

II. TQQQX Split Details

1. In line with the 2-for-1 stock split of the underlying asset, ProShares UltraPro QQQ (TQQQ), TQQQX will be adjusted at the same ratio:
2. Holding Quantity: Doubled.
3. Unit Price and Per-Unit Cost Basis: Reduced by half.

Example:

If a user holds 100 TQQQX at a unit price of 100 USDT before the adjustment, the holdings will be adjusted as follows:

• Before adjustment: 100 TQQQX × 100 USDT
• After adjustment: 200 TQQQX × 50 USDT

The adjustment changes the holding quantity and per-unit price metrics but does not, in itself, change the total value of the holdings. However, the actual market value may fluctuate due to market price movements.

Users holding TQQQX or with open TQQQX/USDT orders are advised to plan their trading activities accordingly before the suspension.
