Binance VIP Program, Standard Referral and Affiliate Programs Update: VIP 3-9 Users to Enjoy 40% Off Spot and Margin Trading Fees

Binance is upgrading the spot and margin fee structure of the Binance VIP Program. The Standard Referral Mode and Affiliate Program will also update the commission and rebate rules for spot and margin trading.

Effective time of all updates: At any point between 2023-06-07 02:00 (UTC) and 2023-06-07 06:00 (UTC). 

Key Updates:

• All VIP 3 and above users will enjoy 40% off their trading fees for spot and margin trades.

• The previous promotion for VIP 4 and above users to enjoy VIP 9 equivalent spot trading fees will end.

• Standard Referral Mode and Affiliate Program will only distribute referral commissions from invitees’ spot and margin trades when the invitees are VIP 2 or below. VIP 3 and above invitees will stop receiving referral discounts as well.

Notes: Referral and affiliates' commissions and rebates may be impacted depending on the VIP levels of the invitees. If the invitees’ accounts have a VIP Level 2 or below, referrers will continue to receive referral commissions. The referral between Binance Link master account and sub-accounts follow the same rules.

Examples:

• If a VIP 7 user invites a VIP 2 or below user, the referrer will receive referral commissions from the invitee’s spot and margin trades.

• If the invitee’s account is upgraded to VIP 3 or above, the referrer will not receive referral commissions from the invitee’s spot or margin trades, and will resume receiving referral commissions only when the invitee’s account is downgraded to VIP 2 or lower.

Terms and Conditions:

• All users must complete KYC to be eligible for the Binance VIP Program.

• If users with lower VIP levels upgrade to VIP 3 or above based on their last 30-day spot and margin trading volume (or futures trading volume), and they meet the BNB holding requirements during the activity period, they will be eligible for the program upgrade automatically on the next day of VIP level upgrade.

• The upgrade applies to users’ spot and margin trading fees only. Eligible users shall start to enjoy the new spot and margin trading fees at any point between 2023-06-07 02:00 (UTC) and 2023-06-07 06:00 (UTC), which will be reflected in users’ actual trading fee.

• Futures trading fees, margin borrowing interests and limits, and OTC Loan limits will remain unchanged for each VIP level. 

• User’s VIP level will be determined by the user's last 30-day spot and margin trading volume (or futures trading volume), and BNB holdings. Once adjusted, the new VIP level and corresponding benefits will be valid for 30 days.

• Users who have already participated in the VIP Invitation Program are eligible to participate in this activity.

• Binance products and services may be restricted in certain jurisdictions or regions or to certain users, depending on legal and regulatory requirements. Binance reserves the right to change, modify or impose additional restrictions with respect to the access to and use of the Binance products and services from time to time in its sole discretion at any time without notification. 

• Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend the Binance VIP Program, Standard Referral and Affiliate Programs or its rules at its sole discretion.

• Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
