Binance Updates VIP Program for Spot and Margin Trading Fees for VIP 5 to 8 Users and Trade Volume Requirements of VIP 4 Users

As Binance conducts regular reviews of its offerings to provide users with the most value and competitive services, Binance will be updating its VIP Program for Spot and Margin Trading Fees and Trade Volume Requirements at 2024-07-18 00:00 (UTC).

Key Updates:

Binance will be updating the Maker and Taker fees for Spot and Margin VIP 5 to 8 users, as per the table below.
There will be a reduction of 30-Day Trade Volume (USD) for Spot and Margin VIP 4 users from ≥ 100,000,000 USD to ≥ 75,000,000 USD.

Standard maker, taker fees and 30 Day Trade Volume requirements will apply after the offering ends at 2024-10-18 00:00 (UTC). Please refer to the spot and margin trading fee structure for more details.

USD* - Trade volume includes all Spot volumes from Spot, Margin, Trading Bots, Spot Copy Trading and Convert. Values are in a USD equivalent amount based on the exchange rate under Multi-Assets mode.

Terms & Conditions:

Users’ spot and margin trading volumes will be tabulated between 01:00 (UTC) and 05:00 (UTC) daily. Please note that VIP tier and/or fee adjustment timings may differ from the timing when users’ spot and margin trading volumes are tabulated.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades or illegally bulk account registrations, as well as trades that display attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with Binance program code, or interfere with the operation of Binance program code with other software.
All trading volume and metrics related to the promotion are measured by Binance at its sole and absolute discretion.

Binance reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at its sole discretion due to important reasons, including but not limited to:
- Changes in applicable regulations or policies;
- Obligations arising out of law or decisions issued by common courts or public administration;
- Anti-money laundering or combating financing terrorism rules;
- Technical issues beyond our control;
- Necessity to protect users from potential losses;
- Necessity to protect Binance from the loss of reputation;
- Extraordinary events or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
