[Bybit TradFi Updates] Stock CFDs Swap Short fee adjusted to 2.5

As part of our commitment to providing a better trading experience, Bybit TradFi will update the swap fees for Stock CFDs, effective Aug 25, 2025.

Updated swap fees:

- Swap Long: -6 (unchanged)

- Swap Short: -3 → +2.5

Note: Starting Aug 25, 2025, Bybit will apply overnight interest payments for users holding short Stock CFD positions.
