1. Rewards will be distributed to the user's Bybit account. Failure to provide the correct address will result in the loss of assets, and there is no way to recover them in such a case.

2. Red packets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. By entering this event, all participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and adhere to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.

4. Only Bybit users with a valid UID are eligible for this event.

5. All participants must provide a valid email address to be eligible for the rewards and any information that Bybit may, in its reasonable discretion, deem necessary to verify the eligibility of the participant.

6. Eligible reward recipients will be notified within 14 working days after the event ends.

7. All participating users must strictly adhere to the Bybit Terms of Service. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

8. The Giveaway is open globally, except to residents of the following regions and jurisdictions: Canada (Ontario and Quebec), Singapore, the United States, the Chinese Mainland, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Sevastopol, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, Hong Kong and the European Economic Area (EEA).

9. Only participants who have completed Individual Identity Verification Lv. 1 or Business Verification are eligible for this event. Participation in the EEA is strictly prohibited.

11. Participants must be of age to create a Bybit account in their country of residence.

12. New users must sign up to Bybit within 3 days and deposit at least $100 within 7 days after receiving the red packets to qualify.

13. Existing users must trade at least $50,000 within 7 days after receiving the red packets to qualify.

14. All users must register for WSOT to be eligible for the online and physical rewards.

15. Bybit reserves the right to modify or substitute the giveaway, or any part of it, in the event of unavailability, delay, cancellation or postponement. In such cases, Bybit may award a substitute giveaway of equal or greater value at its reasonable discretion.
