How It Works

A. Retail Pool

Invest between 100 and 440 USDC or USDT to participate in the Retail Pool Subscription lucky draw, where all participants have an equal chance of being selected.

Subscription Details

• Total Allocation: 1,000,000 TKO

• Subscription Price: 1 TKO Token = 2 USDC/USDT

• Lockup Terms: 100% of tokens unlocked at the TKO listing

• Committed Token

- Non-VIP: 100 – 200 USDC/USDT

- VIP 1 & 2: 100 – 400 USDC/USDT

- VIP 3 & 4: 100 – 420 USDC/USDT

- VIP 5, Pro, & Supreme: 100 – 440 USDC/USDT

• Total No. of Winners: 4,546 – 20,000

There will be three (3) different distribution results:

1. Failed to Receive a Distribution

Non-winning participants will receive a full refund of their contributed tokens at the end of the Allocation Period.

2. Full Distribution

Winning participants will have all their contributed tokens converted into equivalent tokens of the new project based on the subscription price. These new project tokens will be distributed to their Funding Account according to the unlocking calendar.

3. Partial Distribution

In rare cases, only part of the contributed tokens will be used for the token subscription. The subscribed TKO tokens will be issued to the participant's Bybit account according to the unlocking calendar, and the remaining contributed tokens will be refunded to the participant's Bybit account at the end of the Allocation Period.

Please note that each user can only subscribe once. Ensure you upgrade to Bybit VIP before subscribing. Users who join the Retail Pool can also participate in the Whales Pool.

B. Whales Pool (100% Allocation Guaranteed)

1. To join the Whales Pool, contribute a minimum of 10,000 USDC or USDT. The more you contribute, the greater your TKO allocation. Whales Pool ensures 100% TKO allocation.

2*. Your final allocation of TKO = (the amount of token you've committed / total amount of token committed by all participants) * total amount of TKO allocated to Whales Pool.

3. Following the final TKO allocation result, the corresponding amount of contributed tokens will be deducted from your total contribution. The remaining contributed tokens will then be credited back to your Funding Account. Concurrently, the TKO allocated to you will be credited to your Spot Account (or Unified Trading Account with UTA upgrades) according to the unlocking calendar.

4. Please confirm that you are aware that the stablecoins you contribute to TAIKO ByStarter may be fully used to purchase TKO tokens.

*Note: If the value of the Whale Pool fundraising amount is less than $2,000,000, the user's subscription amount will be fully utilized to purchase TKO tokens. The TKO allocation obtained will be equal to the subscription amount divided by two (subscription amount/2).

For example, if the Whales Pool has 1,000,000 TKO tokens worth $2,000,000, and only $1,000,000 was raised in total at the end of the subscription period, user A contributes 10,000 USDT.

In this case, all 10,000 USDT invested by the user will be used to buy TKOs. Consequently, user A purchases 5,000 TKO tokens with 10,000 USDT.

• Subscription Price: 1 TKO Token = 2 USDC/USDT

• Lockup Terms: 1/3 tokens unlocked at the TKO listing, 1/3 unlocked each month for the next two (2) months

• Min. Contributed Token amount: 10,000 USDC/USDT

• Max. Contributed Token amount: no limit

• Total No. of Winners: no limit

- All participating users must strictly adhere to the Bybit Terms of Service. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the ByStarter event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

- It is the user's responsibility to confirm whether there are any unlocked assets in the account before deletion. Once an account is deleted, Bybit reserves the right to refuse any related appeals.
