Terms and Conditions

- Users must register for the event via the Register Now button to be eligible for rewards.

- Users must complete Identity Verification Lv. 1 to be eligible for this event. Please note that participants from [restricted countries](https://www.bybit.com/en/help-center/article/Service-Restricted-Countries) are not eligible to participate in this event.

- Pro users, Market Makers and Institutional users are not eligible for this event.

- Trading volume from zero-fee pairs will not be counted. For details on zero-fee pairs, please check [here](https://announcements.bybit.com/en/article/limited-time-offer-trade-stocks-and-indices-with-0-fees-on-bybit-tradfi-blt177e4d5879d522bb/).

- The trading volume of Subaccounts will be merged with the Main Account and will not be counted separately.

- Trades executed by Followers will also be calculated toward the total trading volume.

- Users' PnL is calculated as the total profit and loss from eligible contracts (Gold, Forex, Commodities and selected indices) during the event, including realized PnL from closed positions and unrealized PnL from open positions at the end of the event.

- All rewards will be distributed in USDT.

- To qualify for Trading volume leaderboard rewards, the top 3 users must trade at least $100,000,000, while all other ranked users must trade at least $10,000,000. To qualify for PNL leaderboard rewards, the top 3 users must trade at least $50,000,000, while all other ranked users must trade at least $5,000,000. If a user does not meet the trading volume for their tier, they will receive the reward of the next lower tier.

- Each user is eligible for a single reward. If a user ranks on more than one leaderboard, only the reward with the highest value will be granted.

- Task-based rewards are limited in quantity and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Complete tasks early to ensure eligibility.

- Rewards will be automatically distributed to eligible users' Rewards Hub within 10 working days after the event ends. Users must manually claim their rewards from the Rewards Hub.

- All displayed data (including "My est. rewards", "My total vol.", etc.) is for reference only. Final reward distribution will be verified and confirmed by Bybit's Risk Control and Data Team after necessary technical and risk assessments.

- Bybit reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without notifying users in advance.

- All participating users must strictly adhere to the Bybit Terms of Service. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

- Users from Canada, Crimea, Cuba, Hong Kong, Iran, Malaysia, North Korea, Sevastopol, Singapore, Syria, Thailand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Uzbekistan, and any countries within the EEA or any other jurisdictions where TradFi trading is restricted are not eligible to participate in this event. The EEA includes the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
