Event Rules

SVIP users will earn a share of the prize pool based on their overall contributions, such as trading volume.

Source of Prize Pool	50% of the trading fees generated by SVIP users during the event period will be allocated to this pool (after deducting applicable commissions and costs).
Distribution Rules	SVIP User's Bonus = (SVIP User's Overall Contribution Value ÷ Platform's Total Overall Contribution Value) × Total Prize Pool SVIP User's Overall Contribution Value = Valid Trading Volume × Weighted Coefficient Platform's Total Overall Contribution Value: The sum of all participating SVIP users' overall contribution values, ensuring fair distribution.
Weighted Coefficient	Base Trading Coefficient: 1.0 Invite friends to become HTX SVIPs: 0.05 per referral (max 0.3) Maintain SVIP Status for 3 Consecutive Months: 0.2 $HTX Holdings ≥ 10,000 tokens: 0.15
Trading Volume Calculation	Both Spot and Futures (USDT-M/Coin-M) trading volumes are included in the valid trading volume (excluding 0-fee trades).

Here's an example

Assume:

• Total Prize Pool: 10,000,000 USDT
• User A's Overall Contribution Value: 1,000,000 (Trading Volume) × 1.55 (Coefficient) = 1,550,000
• Platform's Total Overall Contribution Value: 100,000,000
• User A's Bonus:(1,550,000÷100,000,000)×10,000,000=15,500 USDT

Terms and conditions:

a. Fair Play

• Trading volume will be counted excluding trades made using spot cashback vouchers, futures trial bonuses, trades with zero or negative fees, OTC transactions, and internal transfers.
• Market makers can not participate in this event. Sub-accounts can not be used to participate in this event. Trading volume from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts.
• Participants who are found to be involved in any fraudulent behaviors, including but not limited to money laundering, manipulation of multiple accounts, and self-trading, will be disqualified. HTX reserves the right to freeze the cheating accounts, confiscate any gains from the fraudulent behaviors, and impose other penalties as necessary.

b. Reward Distribution and Dispute Resolution

• Rewards will be credited to the winners' HTX accounts within 10 working days after the event ends. If winners have not received their rewards after the specific period, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email [email protected] for assistance.
• If you have any disputes regarding the rewards received, please submit proof of your trading records within 7 working days after the payout. Claims submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.

c. HTX reserves the right to make final interpretations of the profit-sharing model and coefficient rules. Significant changes will be announced 3 days in advance.
