Activity 1: Join the Trading Leaderboard and Share $20,000

• Trade the event-designated cryptos in spot during the event and earn a share of $20,000 in $HTX, distributed based on individual spot trading volume rankings.
• Magnify the Volume for Margin Trades: During the event, the margin trading volume for the designated cryptos above will be tripled (3x) when calculating participants' total trading volume.

Activity 2: Taker Incentives – Top Performer Wins Up to $5,000

• During the event, users who trade designated spot pairs with a Taker trading volume of ≥ 250,000 USDT will qualify to share $30,000 in $HTX, distributed based on individual Taker volume rankings.
• The top-ranked participant can earn up to $5,000 in $HTX.

Activity 3: SVIP Incentives – Share 50,000 USDT Based on Trading Volume

• SVIP users (Prime 5 and above) who trade designated spot pairs will qualify to share an additional 50,000 USDT prize pool, distributed based on the trading volume.
• The top-ranked trader will receive an exclusive reward of 10,000 USDT!

Activity 4: Market Maker Incentives – Tiered Rewards Based on Trading Volume

During the event period, participants who meet the cumulative trading volume requirements for the designated trading pairs will be eligible for the following rewards:

Special Bonus for New Market Makers:

Qualifying new market makers who meet the trading volume target and earn the corresponding reward may also receive an additional 3,000 USDT bonus. This bonus will be awarded to the top 5 new market makers, ranked by total trading volume during the event period.

• Eligibility Criteria: Market makers onboarded before January 1, 2026; and maintained a monthly spot trading volume of less than 10 million USDT in 2025.

Activity 5: Market Maker Trading Volume Growth Incentives

To reward market makers who consistently scale their trading activity, HTX introduces the Trading Volume Growth Incentive. Market makers with a spot trading volume of at least 100 million USDT in December 2025 are eligible to participate in this activity. During the event period, participants whose spot trading volume shows measurable growth compared with December 2025 will receive the following rewards:

• Users must click “Register Now” to participate in Activities 1, 2, and 3 . Only data generated after registration will be counted toward the event.
• For Activities 1 and 2, only Taker trading volume generated by regular Market Makers will be counted. In addition, all API trading volume is excluded from the calculation for all users .
• For Activities 1, 2, and 3, only trading volume whose trading fees have been paid is counted towards this event. Trades with zero trading fees, negative fee rates, or trading fee rebate vouchers are not included in the volume calculation for the event.
• For Activities 4 and 5, both Maker and Taker trading volumes generated by Market Makers will be included in the data calculation. Participants may receive rewards from both events simultaneously..Data updates will be provided by your dedicated Account Manager every Tuesday and Thursday during the event period. • Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Trading volumes from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts.

• Rewards for Activities 1 and 2 are distributed in $HTX. Actual credited amounts shall prevail.
• Rewards will be credited to winners' HTX accounts within 14 working days after the event ends. If winners have not received their rewards after 14 working days, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email [email protected] for assistance.
• HTX will strictly review and disqualify any participants who show any signs of fraudulent behavior, such as malicious inflation of trading volume, bulk registration of fake accounts, wash trading, and order matching.
