“Invite Friends” Program Upgrade: Enjoy 30% of Contract Rebate Rate Without Requirements
In order to provide more benefits and incentives for users who refer friends as well as to expand the global market[KH1] , Huobi Global will launch a contract rebate with a rate of 30% in specific regions, meaning Huobi users from these regions can enjoy 30% of contract rebate rate directly without any requirements.
I. Rebate Introduction
There is a referral code exclusive to each Huobi user. If a new user uses your referral code to register a Huobi account and make contract transactions subsequently, the inviter will receive 30% of the invitee's contract transaction fees as a rebate. The program supports a myriad of methods such as invitation link, invitation poster, invitation code.
[Default Referral Code]: log in to your Huobi account, click the “Invite Friends” under the “My”[KH2] icon on the upper right corner, and you can find your referral code/ invitation link.
II. Partnership requirements and rebate rules
Huobi Global’s “invite friends” program currently offers rebates for spot trading and derivatives trading (including coin-margined futures, coin-margined swaps and USDT-margined contracts).

IV. Terms & Conditions:
1. Any users, having newly activated derivatives trading, can enjoy the basic contract rebate with a rate of 30% directly after its official launch.
2. Re-registering accounts will be regarded as invalid invitees and no commission rebate will be provided.
3. The contract rebates generated from invitees will be converted into USDT according to the current-period market prices of each asset and then be distributed to inviters’ exchange account.
4. Transaction fees generated in sub-accounts will be combined under their main accounts.
5. No transaction fees or rebates will incur under forced liquidation order in derivatives trading.
6. Participants shall activate the corresponding derivatives trading first.
7. Please note that the invitation link for spots and derivatives is the same, and no additional link is required.
8. The newly-set invitation link takes effect only for the newly-invited users after the setting, and a maximum of 20 invitation links can be set.
9. There will be no limit to the number of friends invited for a single account.
10. Commission rebates that violate risk control rules (including but not limited to violations such as old users masquerading as newly-invited users) will be intercepted and prevented from being delivered to the inviters. Rebates that are intercepted by risk control systems will be excluded from the evaluation calculation.

12. Huobi Global reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend or revise the terms of this program or cancel this program at any time and for any reasons without prior notice.
