Retirement Schedule of Existing Mainland China User Accounts for Spot Trading and Fiat Trading

Dear Valued Users,

Underpinning Huobi Global’s commitment to local compliance policies, we will retire Mainland China user accounts in an orderly manner while ensuring the safety of user assets. 

Please see the following (tentative) schedule, for Mainland China users engaged in spot crypto trading and fiat trading:

1. Spot Trading (Crypto-to-Crypto)

• Deposit services for Mainland China users will cease at 03:00 (UTC) on Dec 14.
• At 03: 00 (UTC) on Dec 15,  spot trading for Mainland China users will be disabled, and all pending orders will be canceled. Withdrawal services will be kept open (Users from other unrestricted countries or regions will be unaffected).

2. Fiat Trading

    Digital assets transactions involving CNY will be de disabled at 16:00 (UTC) on Dec 31.

About Withdrawal Services:

While trading/deposit services will cease,  existing Mainland China users will still be able to log in to check personal information and withdraw assets. The withdrawal service will be open for 1~2 years. We will announce its closing time afterwards. 

Please Note:

• “Mainland China users” above refer to users certified as mainland China citizens on Huobi Global. Huobi Global will evaluate users who have not done ID Verification by their registration nationality. The schedule above is tentative, and we will notify you in advance if there are any changes.
