Huobi Will Support Flare Network (FLR) Airdrop Program for XRP Holders

Dear Huobi Users,

Huobi will support the Flare Network (FLR) airdrop program for XRP holders. Based on the snapshots taken at 00:00 (UTC) on Dec 12, 2020, the airdropped FLR amount for each XRP holder will be calculated at a ratio of 1 XRP: 0.1511 FLR. The detailed plan is as follows:

About snapshots:

• Snapshot Time: 00:00 (UTC) on Dec 12, 2020 .
• Snapshot Scope: Snapshots will cover XRP balances in Spot accounts, Margin accounts (excluding borrowed XRP amount and margin interests), Coin-margined Delivery accounts, Coin-margined Perpetual accounts and Fiat accounts. XRP balances in sub-accounts will all be credited to those in parent accounts for calculation.
• XRP tokens in a state of pending deposit/withdrawal at the snapshot time will not be counted towards the calculation.

About airdrops:

• Accounts with less than 10 XRP (including pending orders) captured in the snapshot will be excluded from the airdrop program.
• Huobi will distribute FLR tokens to users' Spot accounts promptly after receiving the airdropped tokens based on the snapshot amount and distribution ratio. A further notice will be released when the distribution is completed.

2、NOTE

• Huobi's existing listing process in effect apply to the airdropped tokens too. The decision to open trading for FLR is subject to Huobi's follow-up plans and announcements.
• At the time of the snapshot, users who are registered in or have their KYC verification under the following countries or regions are not eligible to receive this airdrop : Mainland China, the United States of America, Canada, Japan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Singapore, and Crimea will not receive the token airdrops.
