Announcement on the Ticker and API Symbol Updates for GALA, BSV, and WAXL

KuCoin will update the tickers and API symbols for GALA, BSV, and WAXL. The specific updates are detailed below:

Please note the following arrangements:

• KuCoin Trading Bot will delist GALA/USDT, BSV/USDT, and WAXL/USDT at 8:00 on September 20, 2026 (UTC), including Spot Grid, AI Spot Trend, Spot Martingale, Infinity Grid, DCA, Spot Grid AI Plus and Smart Rebalance. Users are advised to shut down the running Trading Bots before the time above. If users fail to close the bots before the time above, the system will automatically shut down the relevant Trading Bots.

• The deposit and withdrawal services for GALA, BSV and WAXL will be closed at 9:00 on September 20, 2026 (UTC).

• The trading services for the GALA/USDT, BSV/USDT and WAXL/USDT trading pairs will be suspended at 10:00 on September 20, 2026 (UTC). We recommend that you cancel your pending orders as soon as possible.

• From 12:00 to 14:00 on September 21, 2026 (UTC), the PRO & Classic WebSocket may experience temporary disconnections, data loss, or delays. Users may reconnect to the WebSocket to restore the connection.

• API users should adjust their endpoint parameters once the update is complete to avoid potential execution errors. No action is required for Web and App users.
