Scope of Impact:

During the upgrade, users may not be able to receive message notifications such as internal messages, PUSH, SMS, and emails；
During the upgrade, users may not be able to receive verification codes.

2. Arrangements for the Second Upgrade:

Upgrade starting time: 2023-07-16 02:00 (UTC)
Estimated upgrade duration: 1 hour

Scope of Impact:

During the upgrade, users may not be able to check Launchpad, Kickstarter, or M-Day-related information and participate in the above activities;
Small asset conversion will be temporarily closed during the upgrade;
During the upgrade, users may not be able to receive message notifications such as internal messages, PUSH, SMS, and emails；
During the upgrade, users may not be able to receive verification codes.

Please note:

The trading will not be affected during the upgrade;
Please rest assured that your assets will not be affected during the upgrade;
All affected services will resume normally after the upgrade completes.
